  • How long do your products last?
All products including cakes, desserts and puddings list storage instructions and a 'best before' date, if applicable, on the packaging. Jams and Chutneys have a very long shelf life. Provided they are stored correctly, they can keep for months or years before they quality starts to decline. Additionally, some of my products improve with being matured. These products list the date on which they were made so that you may decide when best to enjoy them.
  • Where do you source your ingredients?
I source all my ingredients from local producers and independent traders. Sustainability is a core value of mine and at the heart of my business. I aim to reduce food waste, food miles and plastic waste. Therefore, I source all of my ingredients from independent environmentally conscious suppliers on Jersey who do not use any plastic packaging. Much of the fresh produce that I use is either homegrown or foraged or surplus fruit and veg that would otherwise be left to rot. As well as local farmers, I am very grateful to some of the islands keen horticulturists who supply me with the surplus of a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables hat I couldn't even imagine cultivating myself.
  • What Payment methods do you accept?
Online card payment BACS cash or card upon collection
  • Do you ship outside of Jersey
Not at the moment. I am hoping to expand to shipping to the UK shortly, so check back soon.
  • Do you accept commissions?
Yes! I love developing new recipes and having the opportunity to create something unique and special for people. I do however require a minimum order on commissions of preserves, and also sufficient time to develop a new recipe if required.
